Unemployment extensions in Oregon should continue through 2011

The U.S. Department of Labor recently announced some states will see their unemployment benefit extension programs come to an end. With this news, some may question whether Oregon soon will follow. The good news for Oregonians receiving unemployment benefits is that the two extension programs, Emergency Unemployment Compensation (EUC) and Extended Benefits (EB), should be in place throughout 2011.
