Footnote 1: Eight State-Administered grants were not subject to 1512 reporting under the Recovery Act. Those grants are: Federal Medicaid Assistance Program ARRA Increase, Unemployment Insurance - Benefit Increase and Extension, Unemployment Insurance - Admin, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance - Benefits, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance - Admin, COBRA Extension Benefits, Child Support Enforcement Assistance and HIT Incentives Grant.
