U.S. Department of Education Special Education Programs Director to Give Remarks at the Council of Administrators of Special Education Thank You Reception

Director of the Office of Special Education Programs Melody Musgrove will speak to the Council of Administrators of Special Education (CASE) at the ninth annual Thank You Reception this Monday in Arlington, Va. Musgrove will highlight the Department’s initiatives to improve results for infants, toddlers, children and youth with disabilities.

CASE is an international organization affiliated with the Council for Exceptional Children whose members are dedicated to the enhancement of the worth, dignity, potential, and uniqueness of each individual in society. The Thank You Reception is hosted annually by the Council as a way to celebrate their collaboration with several educational associations, and the event has drawn representatives from up 100 of these related organizations in previous years
