snapshot of the weather at the time at the bottom of the map. It combines a
national weather radar image with a surface map showing the locations of areas
of high and low air pressure at the Earth's surface and the surface locations
of weather fronts. Links from the legend below are to graphics that explain
highs, lows, and the various fronts.
