Fishing still continues to be “Red Hot” this year with plenty of action both offshore and inshore. Offshore, the big news are the tuna being caught, along with some nice gaffer Mahi. When I came back to Delaware as a young, idealistic lawyer in 1991 (I am now an old idealistic lawyer), I spent my first two years working for a non-profit organization called Delaware Volunteer Legal Services.
