Regulatory transparency. That is the essence of the Division of Administrative Rules' mission. An administrative rule is an agency's written statement that has the effect of law. Administrative rules affect your life in many ways--the tint on your windshield, the fire in your fireplace, the questions you ask prospective employees, etc. . Utah's rulemaking process creates opportunities for you to participate in the development of administrative rules.

- Find rules that have been made effective since the Administrative Code was last updated.
- Find proposed rules in the Utah State Bulletin including rules open for public comment.

UPDATE: The Department of Agriculture and Food has made a number of changes to the Utah Pesticide Control Rule, Rule R68-7, of which the latest went into effect on 06/21/2011. The Division has made a copy of Rule R68-7, as it is currently in effect, available.
The Division of Administrative Rules' office is open for business from 7 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Thursday. Our office is closed on Friday.
