Open Enrollment runs from May 3, 2010 through May 19, 2010!
Don’t miss your once-a-year opportunity to enroll or make changes to your health, dental, vision, group legal and blood bank coverage. Access complete information on Open Enrollment by clicking on the Open Enrollment link to the right. Online enrollment for health, dental and blood bank at https://phrstrapd.spo.state.de.us.
Vision plan through VSP® - If you wish to enroll, make changes or cancel coverage during the 2010 Open Enrollment period, you may call VSP directly at 1-800-400-4569 or go online to www.vsp.com/go/stateofdelaware.
- State of Delaware employees; you will need your 6-digit Employee ID# and the last four digits of your SSN to enroll, make changes etc...
- State of Delaware pensioner; you will need your 6-digit Pension ID# and the last four digits of your SSN to enroll, make changes etc...
For all online enrollment you will need your Employee ID which can be found on your pay advice or on the confidential letter mailed to you late April. If you have questions regarding statewide benefits and general online enrollment (eBenefits), assistance is available May 3–19, 2010 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday by calling toll-free at 1-800-489-8933.
