RATES are for the 2007 calendar year, and must be pre-paid in U.S. Dollars on a U.S. Bank. Multiple year orders are acceptable, at current year rates. Please make checks payable to AWRA. We're sorry, but we cannot accept UNESCO Coupons, nor do agency discounts apply.

POSTAGE: Postage is included in the price of subscription. International subscriptions are sent via Surface Mail (allow 12 to 16 weeks delivery depending on geographic location) unless Airmail Delivery is selected and paid for.

CLAIM POLICY: Claims for missing issues must be submitted within 90 days from the month of publication for U.S.A. Subscribers, and 180 days from the month of publication for International Subscribers. Claims received after this period are subject to availability of the issue and shall be fulfilled at the discretion of the Publications Manager. Mail or fax all claims to the AWRA office in Middleburg, VA.

CANCELLATION POLICY: No refunds will be given for cancelled subscriptions. Any overpayments will be credited to the next calendar year.

Send address changes eight weeks in advance of relocation. Remove or copy the address label and attach to Postal Service Form 3576, or include with a letter of notification. If the new address is unknown eight weeks prior to your relocation, please request that the publication be held until further notice is received.
