Scholarship Sources

University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa

Applications for University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa (UHM) scholarships and other forms of financial assistance (such as Pell Grants and work-study programs) are available at the Financial Aids Office. Application deadlines vary by scholarship, but are generally due in the spring.

College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resources (CTAHR)

The College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resources (CTAHR) has scholarships available to qualified students majoring in all of its programs.  CTAHR scholarship recipients are expected to donate several hours each semester in service-related activities.

CTAHR Scholarships for New Students

Up to ten $2,000 scholarships have been designated for first-year and transfer students entering a CTAHR major. These scholarships are in addition to financial aid available through the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa.

New and transfer students should complete and return the New Student Scholarship application form. Applications are due on May 15.

CTAHR Scholarships for Current Students

CTAHR offers scholarships to continuing full-time classified students in the college who maintain a GPA of 3.0 and above. The application period is mid-January to early-March. Applicants should submit the completed CTAHR Scholarships application form to the Office of Academic and Student Affairs.
