Antlerless deer-hunting regulations more liberal than DNR officials had recommended

When hunters go after antlerless deer during the 2011 season, they'll do so under more conservative regulations than in 2010. The state Natural Resources Commission adopted most of the DNR's conservative recommendations, but liberalized regulations in a few select counties to accommodate landowners' needs.
