MH-65C (CGNR-6592) was delivered to Air Station Atlantic City, NJ. on Nov. 9.To date, the Coast Guard has configured and delivered 68 MH-65Cs, which includes the installation of Airborne Use of Force (AUF) equipment kits.
The latest iteration of the MH-65 helicopter platform, the MH-65D, will feature a new flight navigation system which is common to DOD helicopters and replaces the current compass, directional, yaw rate gyro systems, and GPS system. To date, the Coast guard has delivered two MH-65Ds.
