State Government Suggestion Award Board (SGSAB)
Any Illinois resident of the State of Illinois may submit money saving suggestions on the Suggestion Form to the State Government Suggestion Award Board, 505 Stratton Office Building, Springfield, IL 62706. The suggestion will be assigned a reference number, presented to the board, and if appropriate, forwarded to the affected agency for analysis to determine if the suggestion is original, will result in monetary savings to the State of Illinois and is feasible to implement.
