(Lincoln, Neb.) Aug 7, 2009 - Gov. Dave Heineman today approved a $100,000 grant to the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) for a wind tower safety orientation program. (Lincoln, Neb.) Aug 3, 2009 - Gov. Dave Heineman today announced the four finalists forwarded for his consideration in selecting the next adjutant general for the Nebraska National Guard. He asked a screening panel led by retired Maj. Gen. Walt Zink of Lincoln to review the applications of first-round candidates and recommend several finalists.
