Again? That's just nuts. The previous Twister incarnation was widely seen as a waste of a frequency, especially since powerhouse 96.3 KSCS is not just right down the dial but right down the hall -- they're both owned by Disney.
If Platinum does have to go, it should be replaced by a format DFW hasn't had for years: classic country, like you can hear anywhere in Texas except for a 100 mile circle centered on Dallas.
