In this photo taken Tuesday, March 9, 2010, hundreds of lower jaw bones of elephants that have died naturally or have been killed since the 1970's, seen, on display in the Tsavo East national park, Kenya. Beginning this weekend, the international community will debate proposals from Tanzania and Zambia to allow a one-time sale of ivory to clear out backlogs of stockpiles that often come from elephants who die naturally, or those that are killed.
