The steaks, while very good, don't impress as much as you'd think steaks lovingly dry-aged in a Himalayan-salt-lined environment might. The service, while sometimes outstanding, can also baffle or even offend. The sides range from very good to inedible. Desserts are decent. So, what's there left to say?
