DAYTONA BEACH FL (2-9-10) - The 47th annual Lucas Oil Slick Mist 200 at Daytona Int'l Speedway has come and gone. There were so many stories surrounding this year's race - from ARCA's amazing ratings boost (AKA Danica Mania) to Nelson Piquet's precarious debut. From Gerhart's record sixth triumph to Mark Thompson's comeback runner-up run. Not left off the storyline list was the eventful run from 15-time AMA Motocross champ Ricky Carmichael, who battled and bounced off Danica in the closing laps to finish seventh.

JUPITER FL (2-8-10) - Palm Beach International Raceway (PBIR) is excited to announce Tire Kingdom as the title sponsor for the February 27 Tire Kingdom 150 ARCA Racing Series presented by RE/MAX and Menards race event. As the official tire and automotive service provider for PBIR, Tire Kingdom has full naming rights for this race.

JUPITER FL (2-8-10) - Fresh from the Daytona Int'l Speedway, the ARCA Racing Series presented by RE/MAX and Menards moved farther south to Palm Beach Int'l Raceway in Jupiter, Florida Monday, where 18 drivers took part in an open test in preparation for the next event on tour - the Kingdom Tire 150 presented by ModSpace February 27th.

DAYTONA BEACH, Florida (February 6, 2010) - Nine-time ARCA Racing Series Champion Frank Kimmel endured a roller-coaster weekend at Daytona International Speedway, ranging from a high point of announcing a three year contract extension with Ansell and Menards, to finishing a disappointing 25th in the season opening Lucas Oil Slick Mist 200.

DAYTONA BEACH FL (2-8-10) - Despite the Danica Mania that commanded the majority of the attention, Lebanon, Pennsylvania veteran Bobby Gerhart out-performed and out-smarted his closest rivals during Saturday's running of the 47th Lucas Oil Slick Mist 200 at Daytona Int'l Speedway to earn a record sixth victory at the "World Center of Racing".

However, Gerhart's history-making performance wasn't the only record set on Saturday. With a major boost from Danica Patrick's stock car debut, ARCA's website - ARCAracing.com - smashed all one day records, times three.

DAYTONA BEACH, FL - If determination was the only factor in having a strong finish Nick Igdalsky would have been able to bring the Andy Belmont Racing ModSpace Ford home with at least a top five finish in Saturday's Lucas Oil Slick Mist 200 at Daytona International Speedway.

DAYTONA BEACH FL - Milka Duno made her stock car racing debut in the ARCA Racing Series presented by RE/MAX and Menards season-opening race at Daytona International Speedway today and despite power issues was able to qualify for and compete in her inaugural stock car race. A major fourteen-car pile-up in the early laps caught Duno's #90 Toyota and ended her race prematurely.

DAYTONA BEACH FL - Robb Brent had looked for the perfect birthday gift heading into Saturday's Lucas Oil Slick Mist 200 at Daytona (Fla.) International Speedway -- a win in the season opener but the Shelby Township, Michigan native came up short despite posting a very solid 13th place outing.

NASHVILLE, TN - In a rough and tumble race that resembled more of an episode of the hit TV series Deadliest Catch, Martins Motorsports driver Tommy Joe Martins who has recently partnered with the program's Captain Phil Harris of the Cornelia Marie, steered his # 95 Ford Fusion much like the Captain would in the treacherous Bering Sea to an impressive 8th place finish in his Daytona International Speedway and ARCA Racing Series presented by RE/MAX and Menards debut.

DAYTONA BEACH FL - While much of the Lucas Oil Slick Mist 200 at Daytona (Fla.) International Speedway was focused on IZOD IndyCar Series driver Danica Patrick stock-car debut, Indiantown, Florida native Patrick Sheltra gave her exposure a run for the money and thanks to an impressive performance he was able to deflect some of the exposure and create some buzz at the "World Center of Racing."

DAYTONA BEACH FL - Bryan Silas and the Fast Track Racing team left Daytona (Fla.) International Speedway happy campers Saturday night after Silas steered his No. 11 American Custom Yachts, Inc.-Rockingham Speedway Ford Fusion to a ninth place finish in the Lucas Oil Slick Mist 200.

Danica Patrick gains valuable experience, survives spin to finish sixth in stock car debut

DAYTONA BEACH, Florida (February 6, 2010)-Veteran ARCA Racing Series presented by RE/MAX and Menards driver Bobby Gerhart earned a historic sixth Lucas Oil Slick Mist 200 Daytona race victory on Saturday evening, using patience and fuel strategy in ARCA's wreck-filled season opener to notch his seventh-career restrictor plate victory while IZOD INDY Car Series star Danica Patrick finished sixth in her stock car debut.

DAYTONA BEACH, Florida (February 5, 2010)-The starting field for Saturday's Lucas Oil Slick Mist 200 ARCA Racing Series presented by RE/MAX and Menards race is set following Friday's qualifying session at Daytona International Speedway. Defending race winner James Buescher will lead off Saturday's 43-car starting field after earning the Menards Pole Award presented by Ansell with a 49.575 second/181.543 mph lap around the 2.5 mile speedway.

DAYTONA BEACH, Florida (February 4, 2010)-The ARCA Racing Series presented by RE/MAX and Menards officially opened on-track activity for the stock car portion of Hershey's Milk and Milkshakes Speedweeks 2010 with a practice session that lasted just shy of five hours on Thursday.
