Texas Growth Proposal to the United States Department of Education

Texas is proposing to use a growth model for determining whether schools, school districts and the state are making Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP) for the 2008-2009 year under the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 (NCLB). The documents listed below provide information regarding the growth model.
