Remember that if you have someone disabled, newborn, elderly or ill in your home to tell that to the customer service people who answer your call. I wrote about a woman who needed help getting AT&T to fix her services in last Sunday's column. That column points out two things everyone should do when calling in a repair problem: Ask if there could be a reduction in the wait time and a credit for the days service was down.
