Best Place to Workout in DFW!

This is by far the best place to workout in the DFW area. The staff knows your name and is friendly every time you walk in the door. The best keep secret is the Pilates studio upstairs. This is the largest studio I have seen in Dallas and the staff is highly trained. They offer classes all day long as well as private lessons. Bally's is a great gym as well. The daycare center is open till 9pm on weeknights, M-Thurs. and Sat till 1pm. The rates are good, but they are not open 24hrs a day. I believe they open at 5 till 11 or midnight. The gym is very clean and the employees there are really nice. They are opening gyms up everywhere, so that will be helpful for people with kids.
