Latest AP men's basketball top 25 has Texas out, Texas A&M, Baylor in
Syracuse is No. 1 in The Associated Press' Top 25, taking advantage of a weekend when the poll's top three teams lost. The Orange were the runaway top pick Monday, receiving 59 first-place votes from the national media panel to make the jump from fourth. This is their first time on top since a six-week run during the 1989-90 season.

UConn still No. 1 in AP women's poll; Baylor, Okla. State move up three; OU stays 11th
While UConn has been the unanimous choice as No. 1 over the last two years, Stanford has remained a steadfast running mate. Connecticut ran its remarkable streak atop The Associated Press women's basketball poll to 41 weeks.
