Peggy Louise Yerby Duncan
Peggy Louise Yerby Duncan, of Denton passed away Friday, February 26, 2010 from complication of the heart. She worked as Dr. G.E. Adami’s office nurse for 35 years and was a member of Midway Church of Christ. She and her husband, Harold A. Duncan, would have celebrated 69 years together on March 15, had she lived a couple more weeks.
Visitation will be Tuesday, March 2, 2010 from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. prior to the memorial service at 3 p.m. in the chapel of DeBerry Funeral Directors with Everett Chambers officiating.
She is survived by her husband, Harold Duncan of Denton, daughters, Sharon Horton and Joy Fowler, grandmother to Todd Blanks of Celina, Eric Blanks of Weatherford, Lance Blanks of Celina, Brad Fowler of Plano and Rick Fowler of Crane, and 8 great grandchildren.
Peg loved her family very deeply and she will be greatly missed.

Barbara J. Fidler, 61, died Thursday, Feb. 25, 2010.
A memorial service in celebration of her life will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 6, 2010, in the auditorium of L.D. Bell High School in Fort Worth.
Barbara was born Feb. 28, 1948 in Brooklyn, New York, daughter of the late William and Rose DeMougeot. She graduated from Denton High School and earned her bachelor's degree in Education from the University of North Texas and master's degree in Administration from Texas Woman's University. As an educator, she worked in many different schools including Lake Worth High School, Nolan Catholic High School, Central Junior High School, and finally at Keys Learning Center where she served as assistant principal.
She is survived by her husband, Mark Fidler, children, Sheri King, Brandie Koch, and Trey Fidler, grandchildren, Raquel Davila, Benton, Katie, and Ellie Koch, sister, Susan Terry, son-in-law, Barrett, and mother-in-law, Dody Fidler.
In her memory, childrens’ books may be donated to the library at Keys Learning Center, 1100 Raider Dr., Euless, Texas 76040 or a donation may be made to a book fund established at Citizens National Bank, P.O. Box 717, Waxahachie, TX 76168, in care of her sister, Susan Terry.

Tamara Sue Joiner
Tamara Sue Joiner of Paint Rock, Texas, passed away on February 14, 2010 in San Angelo Texas. She was born on October 5th, 1960.
She loved to fish, camp and swim, loved animals, music, to laugh and dance. She loved her family and never met a stranger. She was loved dearly and will forever be in our hearts. We are looking forward to being together again when it is time to be with our Lord Jesus Christ.
She was a beloved wife, daughter, and sister. She is survived by her husband Lloyd Joiner of Paint Rock, Texas; Parents: Peggy and Will Parris, Chuck and Dana Renz, Sister and Husband Debbie and Declan Hollaway, foster sister Sheila Gawne and two stepsisters and a stepbrother, many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, February 28, 2010 at 2 pm at the Taylor Park Nazarene Church located at 1905 McCormick, Denton, TX 76205
Marjorie Grace Traylor
Marjorie Grace Traylor, 84, of Denton, passed away on Friday, February 26 at Denton Regional Medical Center. She was a resident at Lake Forest Good Samaritan Retirement Village. Marge (Margie) was born in Bangor, Maine to Victor and May Jorgenson on November 15, 1925.
She was preceded in death in 2000 by Ernest, her husband of 55 years and infant son Donald Lee Traylor.
She leaves behind two wonderful daughters and their husbands, Nancy and Dennis Nivens of Grapevine, and Betty and Bill Reed of Denton. She is also survived by two precious granddaughters, Traci Nivens Zaretsky and her husband Michael of Plano and Karen Reed McWilliams and her husband Aaron of Wylie as well as her greatest joy, great-granddaughters Arielle and Eliana Zaretsky and Olivia and Harper McWilliams. She is also survived by a sister, Alla-Lee Reinhardt of San Antonio, a brother-in-law, Dale Traylor of Colorado Springs and sister-in-law, Odessa Boris of Mesa Arizona.
Marge graduated from Austin High School in El Paso, TX, and Draughton’s Business College, with additional hours at New Mexico State University, Alamogordo and Eastern New Mexico University in Roswell. She was employed for 25 years as an executive secretary to the Title 1 Director of Roswell Public Schools in New Mexico.
She married Ernest Adrian Traylor on October 25, 1945 in El Paso. They lived in Roswell, New Mexico, for 37 years. In 1980 they retired to Cloudcroft, New Mexico, and lived in the mountains for 16 wonderful years. In 1996 they moved to Lake Forest to be closer to their daughters.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, February 28 at 1:30 pm at Mead Chapel, Lake Forest Good Samaritan Village, with Reverend Lynda Schupp officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lake Forest Good Samaritan Health Care Center or the Denton Humane Society.
