Our friends at Fox Sports Southwest aired some clips on their High School Spotlight show this week from Dallas-area athletes' signing day ceremonies. Last year, Lake Highlands' Isaac Grieder finished the season 53-1 and won the UIL state title at 160 pounds. Now a senior, Grieder is back to defend his title and could finish the season with an unblemished record. He'll begin working his way through the bracket Friday with a record of 55-0. Friday night, the Mansfield Summit and Irving MacArthur girls meet again for a spot in the 5A Region I championship. Last year Summit beat MacArthur, 63-59, on its way to the 5A championship.
