Justin Mason and Avery Bradley proved capable of guarding James Anderson, the Big 12's leading scorer, as they led Texas to a 69-59 win over Oklahoma State at home. "I think both of them just switching off on me kinda wore me down," Anderson said. "I couldn't really get into a rhythm." Mason and Bradley held Anderson to 14 points. When the two teams met in Stillwater on Feb. 1, the Cowboys' top offensive threat...

Pencil Baylor into the NCAA Tournament. The Bears had a pretty good case before Wednesday night. Now it's pretty much a done deal after a 70-66 win over Texas A&M before 10,094 at the Ferrell Center. Baylor now has eight wins in Big 12 play, which seems to be the likely cutoff number for NCAA selection. And with an RPI in the teens and a strong non-conference performance, Baylor's resume seems ready for the selection...

ESPN's Mark Schlabach interviewed Texas offensive coordinator Greg Davis the other day to get a feel for what's going on behind the Longhorns' closed doors. Texas begins its spring practices Friday. Schlabach said the No. 1 thing on everyone's mind is how the Longhorns' offense will fare without the Colt McCoy-Jordan Shipley connection. But Davis' confidence in Garret Gilbert, returning players and the new 2010 recruitment class should be enough to put UT fans at...
