DALLAS - FORT WORTH FORECLOSURES FOR THE FIRST HALF OF 2009
Almost 30,000 homes were posted for foreclosure in the Dallas-Fort Worth area during the first half of 2009. That's a 14 percent jump from the same period of last year, setting a record. About 9,200 homes were actually sold at foreclosure auction during the first six months of 2009.
