Dougherty's Pharmacy really shouldn't be celebrating its 80th anniversary. It should be long gone, like so many neighborhood mom-and-pop drugstores. Instead, the mainstay of Preston Royal Village – 42 years at this location – is Dallas' oldest, largest and best-known full-service pharmacy.
