Not fair, living in Amsterdam and flogging good cooking. My ancestors were from the Dutch Belgium region. Joined the Mennonites and travelled the world. Why would anyone leave Texas for Amsterdam. For the tulips or freshly ground flour from the windmills?
@ The Distributor: I had a quick search around the internet. Seems there are several recipes for eggless cookies out there, but I've personally never tried them. I would suggest using an egg replacer. I know of one brand, called Ener-G, that makes it. Otherwise, you could try out this recipe on my blog for no-bake cookies.
