Does anyone know what percentage of new versus old recipes are in Anne Lindsay's new book? We have all of her previous books (they're wonderful) and wondered if this one has enough new material to justify buying it too.

Roasted eggplant dip...mmmmm....in heaven! Even better, use the fat-free yogurt and sour cream varieties you can buy now at the market.

I think I enjoyed the tomato and salsa one. (Fat-free yoghurt is really wonderful for tzazkiki). Not too enthusiastic about sourcream!

I agree. If I have a choice, I'll take yogurt over sour cream any day. Yogurt also has healthy probiotic benefits.
