Las Vegas' CityCenter bets on big appetites with restaurants
CityCenter is gambling that Vegas visitors will again flock to star chefs and their lavish meals. Maybe as a hedge against that bet, CityCenter has also incorporated plenty of less flashy, more affordable options in its restaurant mix.
