Did you know that one of the oldest pizza recipes in the world is right here in your backyard? We’re an award-winning establishment with three locations in Dallas to serve you!
At Olivella’s, we make two very distinct styles of pizza: Neapolitan/Southern Italian and Roman/Northern Italian (one of the thinnest pizzas in the country!). Our nearly 100-year old recipes for dough, sauce, and cheese are hand-crafted in our kitchen every day.
