dfw connector.JPGCommuters in Northeast Tarrant County should be aware by now that the massive DFW Connector project will be slowing their drives from time to time over the next four years.

The construction team building the 8.4-mile highway project sent a reminder out this afternoon about some upcoming road closures. I've listed them on the jump, but repeat the sender's advice: For an updated list, check the team's 'coming road closures page.'

1. There will be single- and double-lane closures on westbound SH 114 from International Parkway to William D. Tate Ave. These nighttime lane closures will allow us to set up barrier walls so that we can begin detour paving. Dates: 2/24/2010 to 3/1/2010 Times: 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM each night

2. There will be various lane closures on eastbound SH 114 near Main Street bridge.

3. There will be a lane closure in the outside lanes of northbound and southbound Main Street bridge.

4. There will be single- and double-lane closures on eastbound SH 114 from William D. Tate Ave. to International Parkway. These nighttime lane closures will allow us to set up barrier walls so that we can begin detour paving.
