Recipients Report for Second Time The Recovery Act requires recipients of Recovery awards to report on how they have used the money. In January 2010, recipients filed reports on the awards they received in the period of October 1 -- December 31, 2009.

COBRA and Other Benefits ExtendedCOBRA, Home Buyer Tax credit and Unemployment benefits extended. A tax credit is being offered to struggling business for 2009. An education tax credit has been expanded.
