Please upgrade to the NCDC Weather and Climate Toolkit, which is the successor to the Java NEXRAD Tools and contains improved NEXRAD Support (super-res Level-II and TDWR products).
The NCDC Java NEXRAD Viewer and Data Exporter load Level-II, Level-III and Stage-III XMRG NWS WSR-88D NEXRAD Radar data into a GIS environment. The applications are launched via Java Web Start and run on the client machine while accessing the data locally or remotely from the archive at the NCDC or any URL.
