"I am no BOA fan (for a long time), but government, the universal center for waste and largess, has no place telling business how to handle its PR. The bailout was a bad idea to begin with, and here's one of the reasons. The public now feels entitled to pass judgment on a calculated marketing program. I'm not saying the "festival" is good - just saying the public lacks the information to understand the reasoning behind the decision."
