- Log into My Virgin Mobile and click on the Kickbacks icon. That will take you to your very own MY Kickbacks page.
You can see the Kickbacks you've earned and which of your friends still need to Top-Up before you receive your airtime bonus. - I have some Kickbacks bonus airtime left in my account, but I can't make calls. What gives?
- To keep your service working, you need to add at least $20 to your account every 90 days, even if you have money in your account. So even if you've gotten some Kickbacks (or other bonuses), you still need to add at least $20 to your account every 90 days.
