The A-to-Z Digitization Project encompasses pre-1960 government documents, scanned in alphabetical call number order (in progress). We are digitizing them alphabetically, starting with the call number A, which includes agricultural documents.

The Advisory Commission on Intergovernmental Relations (ACIR) was an independent, bipartisan intergovernmental agency established by Public Law 86-380 in 1959. The ACIR Library is composed of publications that study the interactions between different levels of government.
