Federal Financial Aid
Financial aid, i.e. loans and grants, for the School of Public Health is awarded through the UNT Health Science Center Office of Financial Aid. Application for financial aid should be made in the semester prior to each semester the aid is requested. School of Public Health Dean's Scholarship for Incoming Students
Offered to a limited number of incoming students in the fall semester, this competitive $1,000 scholarship provides $500 of financial assistance in the fall semester and $500 of financial assistance in the spring semester during the student's first year at the School of Public Health. This competitive scholarship also provides an out-of-state tuition waiver for students that do not meet Texas residency requirements. Graduate Student Assistantships
Offered to a limited number of incoming students in the fall semester, this competitive $5,000 assistantship allows students to work up to 19 hours per week with departments and faculty during the fall and spring semester of a student's first year at the School of Public Health.
