Annual Giving

Annual gifts are yearly opportunities to invest in the ongoing, important work of UNT. Each time you contribute to this core support for UNT, you provide for scholarships, student research, equipment acquisition and faculty development. Our donors — alumni, friends, parents, corporations and foundations — are encouraged to designate their gifts to the area they want to support. Most annual gifts are made through Call Mean Green, a student-staffed program that keeps in touch with alumni and friends and generates many gifts which, combined, provide significant funding.

Call Mean Green

Call Mean Green is an essential part of Annual Giving. UNT students outreach with alumni and friends annually, by asking for contributions, updating contact information and offering alumni the chance to talk and reminisce about UNT. Call Mean Green is an excellent example of UNT students at work to help keep education within the reach of future generations of North Texas students.

President's Council annual giving society

For many years, the UNT President's Council has helped fuel the quest for academic excellence. The Council has grown from a small group of alumni and friends to an influential network of committed leaders who believe that society's progress depends upon quality education for young people. Members of the President's Council help UNT achieve its vision by contributing to the President's Fund.
