If you need to change your graduate major or graduate status, you need fill out the Change of Major/Status form. Remember the following information before completing the form:

1. You must be enrolled at the time that you submit the form.
2. The graduate school must already have scores on the relevant standardized examination (e.g., GRE) at the time that you submit the form.

If you are changing your status to degree-seeking in order to seek the "Master Across Technology" degree, please write "Master of Science in Computer Education and Cognitive Systems" on the application. (The "Master Across Technology" title is an informal term referring to the mode of delivery, not to the content of the degree.)

You can submit the form in person, by mail, or by fax to the address/number below. If you fax or mail the application, then write "Attention: Change of Major" on the cover sheet or envelope.
