Faculty Focus: Saraju Mohanty
Saraju Mohanty, assistant professor of computer science and engineering, is working to make electronic chips more energy efficient, which would increase battery life, reduce power consumption and lead to lower costs for consumers. This could mean that cell phones, laptops and digital cameras would take seconds to charge and last for weeks.
