Michelle Bragg (M.S.),Merrifield, Va., was named assistant professor of health policy and public health at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. She previously held research appointments at Penn State University and Wellesley College, and she was director of the Leadership Institute for Public Service for the Congressional Black Congress Foundation Inc. and a Mirzayan science and technology policy fellow with The National Academies.
