Pandemic Influenza Plan
Public Health
A public health emergency may require special considerations to be made at UNT. A pandemic is a global disease outbreak. A flu pandemic occurs when a new influenza virus emerges for which people have little or no immunity. UNT has prepared a Pandemic Influenza Plan to organize an appropriate response aimed at minimizing the impact of such an event.
