Visitors to our campus:

What is a Visitor?

A Visitor is defined as anyone who is not enrolled in classes or works for the university, and who is NOT otherwise affiliated with the university in any way. UNT Denton students, staff and faculty are not considered visitors. UNT Dallas staff and faculty may obtain and use these permits and spaces at no charge when visiting the Denton campus.

Where can I park with a Visitor Permit?

Visitor permits are allowed in any area designated on the visitor pass. Visitor passes are required for all parking lots except metered spaces and the Parking Garage, where appropriate fees are paid.

Where can I get a Visitor Permit?

During normal business hours, visitor permits may be obtained at the Gateway Information Booth on North Texas Boulevard, the Information Booth on Avenue C or the Parking Office located in the Sullivant Public Safety Center on Wilshire Street. After hours, visitor passes may only be obtained at the Sullivant Public Safety Center on Wilshire Street.

What do I do if I am attending a Conference?

Anyone attending a seminar or conference at the university should purchase a conference pass from the Sullivant Public Safety Center, or by contacting the conference coordinator at the university. These passes are sold for $4.00 per day, $15.00 per week or $25.00 for two weeks.
