Wilkins When you contact the customer relations representative with your concern, complaint or question, the representative will address the matter directly or contact, on your behalf, the proper university representative responsible for resolving your particular issue. Upon your request, the customer relations representative or other authorized UNT representative will then be back in touch with you by phone, traditional mail, e-mail or fax with a response. |
