PDI and DNA Lab on Fox news tonight

Adams-thumb.jpg FOX 4 News interviewed George Adams, program project coordinator UNTHSC's Center for Human Identification, today about efforts to collect DNA samples from Dallas-area prostitutes. The DNA samples could help identify the prostitutes in the event that they are reported missing, comatose or murdered.

The story are scheduled to appear on FOX 4 News' 5, 5:30 and 6 p.m. newscasts today. Channel 33 also interviewed Adams on the story.

UNTHSC is participating in the National Prostitution Diversion Conference this week in Dallas. And on Thursday, Nov. 5, Dr. Arthur Eisenberg, professor and co-director of the Center for Human Identification, will discuss the latest DNA initiative in cooperation with Dallas law enforcement and community help groups.
