Natural Resource Year in Review 2006

Natural Resource Year in Review—2006 summarizes the application of science to resource management in the National Park System for 2006. Articles are succinct and analytical, reviewing such management issues and topics as (1) protecting the integrity of national park resources and values; (2) understanding park resource interactions on an ecological basis; (3) alliances, partnerships, and innovation in resource conservation; (4) taking action to protect and restore native species; and (5) people and programs dedicated to protecting national parks for future generations to enjoy.
