We want to hear your recovery story, or you may want to comment on the information on this site. Here’s what we will do with the information you send us:

• Stories will be gathered and read. Some stories may be shared on this site.
• Comments will be shared with the HHS Recovery Act Board, along with recommendations for possible actions, especially about critical issues.
