TEAM Advisory Group
The TEAM Advisory Group (TAG) was formed to provide a forum of information exchange between the Office of the Secretary of State Elections Division, the county users of the system, and the suppliers of the system.
The TEAM Advisory Group (TAG) will meet regularly to advise the Office of the Secretary of State’s Elections Division about matters concerning the system. General responsibilities of the TEAM Advisory Group include:
- Providing user perspectives on form, fit, function, and features of the TEAM system
- Recommending priorities for enhancements to appear in future TEAM releases
- Represent their respective organizations
- Assist the State with identifying problems

The Secretary of State’s Office is pleased to announce the newly formed TEAM Advisory Group with representation from Offline Counties. The purpose of this group will be to provide our office with the offline counties’ perspective of issues encountered with the updating processes relating to TEAM. We would like your input on areas of improvement or expansion in the TEAM system to best serve the needs of the counties while continuing to meet statutory requirements. Our office specifically selected counties based on their knowledge and involvement with TEAM while ensuring a cross representation from all certified Vendors and in-house county systems.
