Accessible Seating
Accessible seating areas in the Edward Jones Dome are
designed to accommodate guests with disabilities. If a ticket is purchased
in an area specifically designated for wheelchairs and/or guests with
disabilities and misrepresentation of a disability was used to obtain the
tickets, management reserves the right to take appropriate action, which
may result in relocation or ejection without
compensation.
Assistive Listening Devices
Guests may obtain a listening device from any Guest
Service Center or tune their own portable headset FM receiver to FM 89.1
to pick-up the house sound system.
Concession Stands
All concession stands at the Edward Jones Dome are
accessible. If guests require assistance at any of the food service areas,
please notify the nearest Guest Service Host.
Dietary/Medical Needs
Although the Edward Jones Dome prohibits food and beverages, exceptions are made for guests with dietary needs or medical requirements.
Drop-off & Pick-up
Drop-off and pick-up for guests should be made at the
Broadway Central Entrance (located on Broadway between Convention Plaza
and Cole Street) or at the Courtyard Entrance (located at 7th Street and
Convention Plaza, near Entry A).
Elevators
Public
elevators are located at the Broadway Central Entrance (located on
Broadway between Convention Plaza and Cole Street) and at the Courtyard
Entrance (located at 7th Street and Convention Plaza, near Entry A).
Emergency Evacuation Procedures
Edward Jones Dome Guest Service Hosts are trained to
handle evacuation procedures. During pre-game, a video will be shown on
the scoreboard detailing the evacuation procedure. Should an evacuation
become necessary, please make sure you are aware of the exits nearest your
seat and be prepared to follow the instructions of the Guest Service
Hosts.
First Aid
Four fully-equipped and professionally staffed First Aid Rooms are located in the Edward Jones Dome at sections 110, 126, 410 and
429. Contact the nearest Guest Services Host who will summon help or guide you to the most convenient First Aid Room.

Gate Opening
Gates
open 90 minutes prior to kickoff. Please arrive early to enjoy all aspects
of the game.
Guest Service Centers
There are four (4) Guest Service Centers at the
Edward Jones Dome. They are located behind sections 117, 145, 417 and 445
to assist guests with lost and found, lost children, dome directions,
emergencies, general information, wheelchair storage and seating
accommodations.
Parking
There are
several parking facilities located near the Edward Jones Dome. Day of game
parking is sold on a first-come, first served basis.
Restrooms
Accessible
public restrooms for men, women and family (unisex) are located throughout
the Edward Jones Dome.
Service Animals
Certified service animals and those in training are
allowed in the Edward Jones Dome. All other animals are prohibited. Please
see a Guest Service Host if any accommodations are
required.
Smoking
The Edward
Jones Dome is a non-smoking facility. Guests may leave and re-enter the
building through the available main entries to smoke outdoors. Upon
re-entry, guests will be subject to pat-downs and bag
search.

Questions
regarding the availability of ADA/accessible seating can be directed to
the Rams Ticket Office by calling (314) 425-8830. TDD users can call the
Rams through Relay Missouri (800) 735-2966.
Wheelchair Escorts
A limited number of wheelchairs are available for transporting Guests to their seating location. Guests are asked to supply their own wheelchair if they need one for the duration of the event. Before the game, guests may request a wheel chair escort at the Broadway Central or Courtyard Entrance (near Entry A) by contacting an usher. After the game, guests should contact an usher or visit the Guest Service Centers located near sections 117,145,417 and 445. Guests with disabilities who have seats in Suite or Club areas should visit the concierge located by the Broadway Central Elevators on the 200 and 300 Level.
