NeighborWorks Center for Foreclosure Solutions

The NeighborWorks Center for Foreclosure Solutions, an initiative of NeighborWorks America, was created to preserve homeownership in the face of rising foreclosure rates.

NeighborWorks Center for Homeownership Education and Counseling (NCHEC)
NCHEC promotes long-term homeownership for low-income families by promoting training standards and quality service delivery.

NeighborWorks Community Building and Organizing Initiative
Community building and organizing include a range of ongoing activities that strengthen individual/family and community assets, including physical, social, organizational and financial assets.

NeighborWorks Financial Fitness
NeighborWorks America, working with national partners, has developed a “Financial Fitness” program to help individuals and families develop sound money management skills.

NeighborWorks Insurance Alliance
NIA was created from the National Insurance Task Force, which was convened in 1994 in response to concerns about the availability and affordability of homeowners insurance.

National Real Estate Programs
National Real Estate Programs is the collaborative portfolio management initiative for NeighborWorks organizations whose primary mission is development, ownership, or management of affordable multifamily housing.

NeighborWorks in Rural America
The NeighborWorks Rural Initiative focuses on building the capacity of rural community development organizations in the areas of housing and economic development activities.
